Niagara Craft Spirits is a NYS Farm Distillery in the Right-To-Farm community of Cambria, NY, within 5 easy driving miles of 7 the wineries on the Niagara Wine Trail. Our micro-distillery produces an array of small batch, hand crafted spirits including white and wood aged whiskeys and gins using locally grown ingredients. The tasting room offers tasting flights that includes a souvenir glass as well as the occasional featured cocktail.   Our current spirits include 1808 Silver Corn Whiskey, also available in a smoked version and a 125 proof version!  Our 1808 Gin is also available as well as a hot cinnamon flavored gin, Sinferno.  Our 1808 Gold Bourbon Whiskey is produced and aged on-site using local ingredients.  And, last but not least, our clean and smooth 1808 Vodka is made with 100% corn from a nearby farm, which is 10% stronger and smoother than most vodka on the market today.  You can take a look at the distilled spirits plant through the viewing window or take a tour during our Saturday hours.
